The service

Spark Memories sends weekly prompts and lets you record and store memories (text, photos, voice, and video) in a private digital archive, with automatic transcription of recordings.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information.

Your content

You retain ownership of the memories you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process (including transcription), and display your content to you and the family members you choose.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and don't upload content you don't have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the revised date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
